Mary is a compassionate care leader with a strong background in resident advocacy and frontline operations. Starting as a resident advocate, she gained deep insight into residents' clinical and emotional needs. Now overseeing care delivery, staff training, and compliance, she is known for her hands-on leadership and for raising the standard of care across every community she serves.
